Explore →The everyday things matter most. Our occupational therapists help people do the daily activities that make life feel manageable, independent and their own.
Occupational therapy is about the practical business of living: getting dressed, managing sensory needs, joining in, and feeling capable. We focus on what matters to the person and make it more achievable.

We work with people whose daily activities, sensory processing or independence need some extra support, alongside the families and carers around them.
We see how things work in real settings, then build practical strategies and adjustments that fit the person's routine.
We talk through what a typical day looks like and where the sticking points are.
A specialist assessment of sensory, motor and functional needs.
Tools, adaptations and approaches that work at home, school or work.
We revisit what is helping and refine the plan over time.
Our occupational therapy is delivered by Sam Smith, Highly Specialist Occupational Therapist, with Amanda Kasperowicz supporting as an OT apprentice. Together they bring practical, person-centred support to everyday challenges.
