Carly has practised psychology since 2000, building over 25 years of experience across forensic settings, substance misuse charities, His Majesty's Prison Service, schools and the court system. She holds a doctorate in clinical psychology and specialises in neurodivergent populations and trauma-informed practice.
Carly is the founder of Pointon Psychology, and she also led a team of around 130 clinical staff across multiple UK sites for a large independent provider. She brings that same care and rigour to leading Omega Life Clinical. Carly set this service up around a simple belief: that support works best when it is built around the person, and when the professionals involved talk to each other.
Carly actively supports charities including NACOA UK and Endometriosis UK. As Clinical Director she oversees the clinical quality and direction of the whole team, making sure everyone is well supervised and supported so the care stays safe and consistent.
