Finn brings almost 25 years of experience working with children, young people and their families to support speech and communication. Her main specialisms are autism and social, emotional and mental health needs.
She has worked across Ireland, NHS trusts and private practice, in settings as varied as schools, clinics and family homes. She holds extensive postgraduate training in autism diagnostics, parent programmes and trauma-informed speech and language therapy.
As Clinical Lead, Finn shapes how the team works together day to day, and is passionate about helping people be understood, whatever that looks like for them, with strategies families and schools can actually use.
